Enohar Thunderbrew is the NPC i should speak at Onward to the Blasted Lands quest, yet i can’t find the NPC at the location of the question mark. She should be there, according the pictures i found in net, but she just is not. Broken quest?

I haven’t checked this myself, but am 95% sure this is due to the fact that Blasted Lands exists in 2 phases in retail wow, one during the Iron Horde attack and one before that happens (basically a new phase that came with the Warlords of Draenor expansion).
In order to switch phases, you should be able to speak with Zidormi who will give you a dialogue option to “go back in time”. Try that and see if Enohar shows up at the marker location then afterwards

Thank you. Yes, that was the issue. Whole lot of pre war quests appeared
