In Pandaria zone Vale of Eternal Blossom NPC’s who should start quests are missing, like Stormspeaker Qian or Zhang Ku. I googled that i need to find Zidormi and go to the past, yet Zidormi is not in the location she must be, near the entrance of Mogushan Palace.
It is all very confusing, and googling did not help as people giving advice are often contradictory to each other, to the point some saying that it is the bug. Actually, it made it even more messy.
I whispered you in game, but the answer is that Zidormi is on the UPPER balcony above the antrance to Mogu’shan Palace. As you face the entrance, she is on the left of the door that leads you into the Loremasters’ place.
P.S. Amigaforever found the place where Zidormi should be, and we were in party and I was looking right at her, but she was not there for Amigaforever. I suspect an unlock is needed, starting with the Heart of Azeroth and
