🌕 [N/RP] Lunar Festival 31st January - 2nd February

Yeah, of course- it wasn’t a criticism! That kind of divisive rhetoric can make for some really spicy RP; which it did.

Speaking for myself and probably also for those of my guild that were with us at the festival:

We had an amazing time!
I want to thank all the organisors for organising this and attendees who came to talk with us scary orcses. There have been some really interesting conversations and even the beginnings of some friendships across faction. <3
There were some interesting characters who of course IC did not agree much with orcs being there, but that only gave the entire thing a realistic and good edge to build some RP upon.
The market was fun, the play was very fun to watch. The openings ceremony astonished me with the amount of people there, it was amazing to see so many! (Even if I felt a bit outnumbered as Horde hahah <3 But it was good!)

So once again, thank you for holding this, for the fun RP I (we) had, and hopefully we can come attend again next year!

Jib-Jib see many friend wikkets, too. Blue wikkets, red wikkets, green wikkets, furry wikkets, ALL THE WIKKETS!!
Moon Festival be best party EVER! Okie, maybe not better dan Ookapalooza. But Moon Festival be number two, and number two is important! Hu-hu-ha!

Ho Boy theres a lot to unpack here lol

Yeah that didnt happen though, you have seen the entire context. Grapevine ext and moved on from that, end.

Again, not what happened. just a case of me being worried the event might be spoiled for people by ic agressions is all. i spoke to Mythundis about this in DM and he understood so all fine there.

It was about peace keeping, as above. not wanting to spoil the event for other people.

It certainly was!

Nah, i was just aiming to ensure safe passage for our guests. wouldn’t be good PR if we held a festival and people got meatgrindered on the way out, which didn’t happen so i call that a victory! i even gave clear instructions to avoid bloodshed for those that volunteered to help.

Yeah i have no idea who was there, and i attended it briefly before the lag got daft and i just decided id just wait for the real scenario to come out and enjoy that for what it was. plus it would be a bit meta-gaming to get a big list of attendees from the Pre-Launch RP-PVP Campaigns and do a checkpoint like its Papers Please

See these are what are the most important, the fact people had a jolly good time, which is what RP is for! People came from across the game world to spend up to three days in Moonglade to enjoy some wholesome RP, enter contests, watch fireworks and buy various gifts from the market.

And even though some of you were disgusting Horde, im glad you had a good time.

Now lets focus on the good times we all had!

Oh, and it was neat to see Drast in game at last, o/

Thank you to the organisers for the lovely three days - I only wish it could have been longer! While I sadly didn’t get the time to see all the attractions (mainly due to me being too deep in conversation with other festival goers!), thank you to all who hosted them! Hopefully Nakobu will get to speak again with those he didn’t get a chance to have another chat with when the festival comes again next year!

frankly amazed the main host was mature enough to apologise for matters not being handled that well and certain interest groups manage to maintain a “yeah but also”

not to derail the thread, wish i could have attended. everyone i spoke to so far said it was really cool, maybe next year
