Can we PLEASE have an update on what the team has done to try and fix this issue? Is it Nvidia’s fault or is there something else? It’s been over a month that we have been having these issues. How little you guys are updating us is rather disappointing.
As someone that knows his way around software development there is absolutely NO WAY a team with the capabilities of Blizzard has not been able to reproduce the issue to narrow down the cause. I’ve sent in multiple diagnostic results and provided as much information as I can, but it just feels like this is just not gonna get fixed anytime soon.
The fact that I can run the game almost completely fine on lower graphic settings without getting these freezes should in itself already narrow it down quite a lot, but I’m not here to do your work for you.
Are you gonna keep assuming we are gonna keep paying subscriptions for a game we can’t play properly?
