You can report definitive ERP content, which is either direct links to erotic art on TRP profiles, descriptions on said profiles with mature language or in-game chat that was clearly ERP and was timestamped in the report.
Not a single game master will scour through the chat logs of a player for potentially offensive language because a lot of it has to be contextualized and there’s usually a tremendous amount of text they’d have to look through and evaluate. A bot on the other hand will only target specific vocabulary and again not action much if it wasn’t used in a public channel.

I can’t stop laughing at how much of a damn prude a person has to be to think that relationships and romance are inappropriate in a 12+ game, just because there’s a chance there MIGHT be some ERP involved. Get a grip my dude, good god. If you wanna report blatant ERP profiles then do so, but expecting Blizzard to scan through a huge backlog of a player’s activity because you think they’re an ERPer is a pipe dream.
Also nice hidden profile. That’s the biggest giveaway you’re a troll. Great job. Very subtle.

You know, I wrote my final thesis on a police IT system that uses vast amounts of data to try and predict when and where what kind of crime is most likely to happen, and even that didn’t have that draconian an outlook on things
