I remember watching some logs from pservers (raids data), and I was always really surprised to see both alliance and horde warriors doing very similar melee dmg overall.
on one hand you have blessing of kings and might (+10% stats overall and ap buff), and windfury totem and agility totem I think (20% chance for your main hand to deal and additional melee attack + agility buff).
I would have thought that windfury totem would massively buff melees dmg in pve, but apparently it’s not the case (but maybe it has to do with not having blessing of salvation).
So, I had a few questions:
I/-Let’s say I’m a human warrior, with all paladin blessings, vs an orc warrior with windfury: am I going to generate way less rage overall compared to horde in pve because I don’t have the totem, or will the paladin blessings + the sword weapon skill bonus allow me to generate almost as much, or at least a lot of rage (enough that I’m never rage starved)?
II/-Why does dps on both sides for melees look so similar when windfury totem is clearly a better dmg buff than any blessing paladins have
III/-about pvp: which side do you think makes pvp an easier task? Alliance because of the insane support of holy paladins, or horde because of wf totem and stun resist?
Thanks a lot
