On Horde side right now multiple groups LFing for more healers and so on. Some trying to sell Cenarion BoEs for 120g instead of vendor value 
And discord has what even more groups LFing
Horde might be, Alliance has an Ony going seemingly every 10 min at peak time now. Head, BoE, Sinew, Warrior and Mage T2 hard reserved of course.
Comparing to the Alliance side it is very quiet. I rolled another character on the Alliance and I was surprised how active is. You can find groups for anything in no time even as DPS. A lot of people leveling, many leveling guilds still, etc. Today I found a group for WC as DPS in like less then 5 mins.
Horde holds okay for now, but if the numbers drop, as usually do in later phases, I am afraid it can become a ghost town like in PvE Classic ERA.
TBC will refresh the population. I would say more chill while not dead state of PvE Horde is the best 
Not sure how it will look like until the TBC, first big wave of population usually drops during AQ and phase 4. Hope it will survive or transfers will be opened.
Horde is cool, but Alliance is better. Nothing can’t compete with the vibes of Stormwind and Ironforge
This is my first time playing on the Horde side, wanted to explore and experience the game from the other angle, but to be fair, already miss the Alliance
