chaos bolt and the other low pop relam needs to have transfer to mroe high pop realms. First blizzard locks the high pop servers and force you onto these bad servers and now you are stuck here forever.
At this moment no transfers are available for SOD at all.
Generally (free) realm transfers are only given from high to low population. They are also not enabled if ever, for locked realms/factions.
Which is something they announced in advance:
Nobody forces you to play this game. Or what “bad servers are”. In fact, if the playerbase didn’t designate several realms as the Designated Realm to Play On it may as well have been reversed realm names but same situation.
I’ve addressed every point you’ve made and you were unable to make a constructive argument but directly attacked the person.
If you’ve feedback you may always give it directly to the developers but do mind that insults won’t get you far if anywhere at all:

First there was no attack on your person
2nd who said anything about free tranasfers
3rd who cares what they annoucned in advance? the reality was that if u wanted to play SoD you could literally not create a character on the popular realms since they were locked
4 If you wanted to play SoD yes you were forced to pick a low pop server or you couldnt play the game at all. you say nobody was forced? well nobody forces me to go to work but i cant survive if i dont make any money to eat. Nice logic

I would make a more general and bold statement:
Open paid transfers between all servers (obviously cannot surpass the PvP faction ratio limitations)

Some servers and factions would be locked if they did that on PvP realms.
Most people want to go to a full realm which cannot take more people playing on it.
then open free transfer to dead realm so they can have more people on it
