A warning/disclaimer: These are just my thoughts and opinions, my goal here is not to compare the content creators to each other or create any qualms. Just felt like emptying my mind by sharing a few thoughts I’ve developed over the course of the last months. I currently follow HazelnuttyGames and SignsofKelani. Any others you would personally recommend, and why?
I really like HazelNuttyGames, she’s brief and to the point, with a very positive and reasonable outlook on the game. She has mount farm streams on youtube and other fun, relaxed content-related videos with good commentary. I also like MadSeasonShow for his chill vibe and videos on lore. I’ve recently been watching SlootyMctoot and enjoying his criticism and humour.
Now, from the good to the “bad”. I’ve struggled liking Kelani’s videos as of late, even though I want to like the guy. There are things about his videos that, although minor, ruins the mood for me. He could make a very informative, positive video that I like. But then 80% of the time he also makes these exaggerated, excessively long videos, talking around the same points for minutes on end and being exceedingly negative or positive. It seems like WoW is an unhealthy obsession to him.
I do try to watch BellularGaming once in a while, but I can’t watch him because his face takes up half the screen for the single reason of him moving his face and body around crazily 24/7. It’s probably a childish reason, but it’s incredibly obnoxious.

I don’t watch any. I do have an opinion on them but it’s not very nice.

Hazel just talks about features and content, she doesn’t really provide input on them [criticize]. So she’s good if you’re after information.
Others like Bellular and Preach, they criticize and highlight issues they might find.
I feel like mostly it’s just stuff you can get from reading Wowhead news. I’ve watched a bit of beta streaming though to get a bit more details, Taliesin & Evitel, MrGM, Sloot or whoever is on streaming beta when I open twitch.
Nobbel’s lore videos can be neat though since it’s more in depth on the game’s history and not just summarizing the news. If that’s your thing.

His videos are good but he’s a bit of a butt, I used to be on the same realm as him and raided with him once, he’d kick people for no reason.
I tried getting into Wowhead/IceVeins news but they post like 5 times a day and I cba reading through everything. I really enjoy finding content creators who can inform me on the latest news
Also channels on lore with a side of fun/humour is definitely something I like to watch!
pilav is nice once in a blue moon when he uploads
otherwise just stream clips of arena and m+

Ah, I just obsessively press F5 on Wowhead for news. But Taliesin & Evitel do the Weekly Reset which is summary of news and some humor thrown in and might be of interest to you.

I find bellular thinks he’s more important than he really is with his whole trying to collect feedback for blizzard thing hes got going on right now.
Its almost like he sees himself as blizzard staff.
Otherwise his videos are good.
Hazel is the best wow youtuber though.
Shes just sweet and genuine.

Well, it’s a way to get engagement on your videos so the algorithm favors you. A euphemism for “Like, Comment, Subscribe!” basically.
Malding Legion, yo… where y’all at?

They are either boring and unintresting, or straight up destructive, although im gonna start my wow youtube career soon so maybe i’l figure out why

Mad season show is cool but it’s all about classic now so …
Hazel is cool but I find nothing there other than regurgitating the news, which is fine. But her only input is about her cat or fish rather than the game. Again not criticising just saying.
Bellular is informative but can be a bit much, I also find his titles are becoming more and more bordering on click bait.
Preach is preach, I like him. Some don’t - that’s fine.
Asmongold can be so hit or miss sometimes I like him sometimes I don’t.
Taliesen and evitel are the middle ground between hazel and bellular I find.
For random watching I like hirumaredx - don’t really watch his streams but his top tens etc are cool and interesting reminds me of madseasonshow before the classic only.
Edit - forgot about Kelani , erm don’t really
Hold much opinion on him I’ll watch his new videos as they come out but they sometimes drag on a bit
Again guys just my opinions sure you’ll agree or disagree that’s opinions for you, I’ll have to try out one or two mentioned above I’ve never really watched

They’re a bunch of people trying to make a buck by doing what they like.
I’m all about controversial lore nerds. Pyromancer, Accolon. It’s a part of the game that I enjoy the most at the moment.

WowItsHard - Makes really good “in a nutshell” kind of videos that are animated with a minimalist style. bitesized too.
Captain Grim - Sort of the same content as with the first one I mentioned, except the minimalist part. He puts a ton of effort into animating the character models and generally produces high quality animations with WoW as his source.
Preach Gaming - Makes excellent videos full of well thought out criticism (for the most part), but the guy has a very inflammatory style of delivery and ends up coming off as obnoxious to me. His interview with Ion where he was laughing at some of Ion’s responses is a good concrete example of what I’m talking about.
HazelNuttyGames I’ve actually watched a fair few videos from her and honestly she just seems to put together the latest WoWhead news in a video format and it’s just not for me. I also think Hazel’s “wholesome and relaxed” format is just really dry and uninteresting, but I can respect if people like her videos.
Savix - Makes really funny videos, most often PvP related, but it’s mostly memes and inside jokes, so it requires a bit of devotion to his content to really get into I think.
Nixxiom - A lot of top tens and frankly milquetoast styled content, but he does occasionally make some really entertaining stuff, even within his list formats. I never even cared much for his machinima videos (which he stopped making anyway), so I’m in luck there I guess.
There are more, but those are the ones I have a more clear opinion of than the rest I know.

I know it’s really more a streamer than a Youtuber but I like Asmon a lot, even though he’s kind of the controversial figure here. I think his take on Wow-related things are good, a bit “elitist” sometimes, but he genuinely cares about the game and isn’t afraid to speak up, even if it’s harshly sometimes. Also his content is cool, messy and fun. Really enjoyable to watch while playing.
About Youtubers, I love Madseason, his videos are really calm and interesting to watch (he recently hit Grand Marshall on Classic WoW, huge grats). I enjoy Hirumaredx’s videos a lot too, basic top tens but interesting to watch. Dratnos makes interesting and informative PvE-related videos, and a nice guy overall.
Regarding Belluar, I sometimes watch his videos ; I don’t think he’s the character a lot of you describe, but that’s my opinion.
And that’s about it really. Just my opinion so you’ve got all the rights to agree or disagree
Edit: Forgot about Nobble (how could I), absolutely love his videos, if not for him I’d know nothing about the even basic history of this game.
Hopefully Asmon will soon redeem himself in the eyes of the WoW communty by finally getting the Mail Muncher
