I use the addon as a tool and I find it useful.
According to you, when you consider a player has ‘High’, Medium’ score?
What you do expect from those players?

1000+ i expect them to have atleast done 1 of the current level im doing & dungeon
Although most would say 2000-3000, calling it now
Just for clarification, you consider a player with +1000 score a high rated player?
I forgot to mention that, i ment medium
High i’d say 1500+
Being that we get a 20% inflation on scores due to there being 2 more instances I look for players above 1.8K if possible.
Anything above 1.4K is decent for 11/13 runs though
Generally these so called tools used for facerolling content with overgearing or overkilled players.
Some people need learning curve - these tools destroys those opportunities for them.
Tools are great but how they going to be used that’s really question.

1500 is pretty medium, 2kish is high imo.
above 2.4k rio i expect ZERO mistakes.
low rio is 1.5 and below
medium 1.5-2.5
high 2.5 and above

Why some of them need learning curve? Is that because the other some of us boosted by gold or their friends?
Luckily there are options like guild and communities for those that need to learn in a calm and chill environment who cares not about rio

OT: But yeah, the learning curve is working your way up from +2 to wherever you set your goal. The thing is, a lot of people expect to be the special one and to skip the working your way up part.
I dont need rio anymore, im in a great guild and a great community, but i used to pug everything, i worked my way up slowly from doing 2s to 5s and then slowly up to the 10-12 bracket.
Rio isnt perfect but its removal will not change anything for the better, it would make it worse.
But yeah i judge a score based on my current one (1.3k) and the score i expect myself to get. Im aiming to get to somewhere around 1.7-1.8k so a high score would be above 1.9-2k i guess

nah, the server transfer reset my trust level, so i just swapped my posting character aswell.

2000-ish is what shows you have timed all 15s, I think. I have no idea since I do not have the addon. But I presume.
And mix of 20s, 19s and 18s and gives you 2900, looked my friends score now. 
No they do not because people were inspecting you already in IF before going to UBRS. Only person who skipped inspection was the one with the key.
I rather have a guy with 100 score that have done the dungeon i am going alot of times instead of one 
Was doing Tol Dagor +9 yesterday with a tank with 1.2k RIO.
He was doing big pulls like 15+ mobs.
Hardly using taunt like most of the time boss change his target the tank barelly use tank and stull like that.
When the group use AoE burst he was pulling the mobs away from the AOE burst( Iris essence use he was getting them out of the Irys).
And at the end he RIO bashed me and the healer because we had low RIO and he had high even tho he did lots of pulls that were bad.
The key was depleted thanks to him.
We’re waiting for your idea how to make both sides happy, new player and player with key which want to time it.
