After killing a player I instantly got a real ID friend request from that player. I can’t find a way to add opposite faction’s players on real id tho. Is it possible or is some kind of cheat?

The player possibly has a another account where he can play the opposite faction, where he added you and then found out your real ID.
I think it’s a hack! While I’m lazy to check it, in retail you can add your enemy to battle-net friend. In many places for Classic they just hidden corresponding UI elements, but the underlying API is still there, so you can easily use it.
You can test it if you want. Select enemy player and type
