28.09.24 - still not able to turn in A Fallen Star. Khadgar is there, but wrong instance - he does not have the ? above his head.

28.09.24 - I was able to turn in A Falling Star after all! I just did a quest from Alleria Windrunner (Door to the Ren’dorei) where I had to go to a portal and turn in quest (I don’t remeber the name of the zone it took me to). Alleria was standing in the same room as Khadgar. When I took the portal back to Dalaran, there was two Khadgars, and the one in the back had the ? over his head.
I do not have TWW so i still can’t turn it in to Khadgar 
Any news on this? Because I just opened a post about not being able to deliver a quest to Archmage Karlain. I see the question mark, it says it’s below the Citadel but it’s not. It’s also not on the top of the Citadel allthough the mage is standing there. I so much want these mounts, but it seems it’s not going to happen

Any info on this? its been nearly 2 months now since you posted this and as far as I can tell its still a problem for the majority of people. like others I’ve tried completing the harbinger quest line and other suggested workarounds but still not able to get any order hall questlines started on any of my alts.

We’re now going to close this thread as it is too broad, and the original issues were fixed some time ago.
If you’re still having issues with your Order Hall quests, I would encourage you to look for the quests in Wowhead, use some addons (BTWQuest can be very useful to provide a visual representation of your chain quests for example), or create a thread in the Quests section of the forum.
If the issue persists after that, feel free to report a bug in-game. You can also create a new thread with the name of the quest that you’re having an issue with, and the class of your character.
