Not sure if I’m posting this in the right area but everytime I enter a dungeon, I instantly get an out of range error which will constantly, even when i’m not even having anything targeted and will remain throughout the dungeon until i restart wow. Anyone else having this?

Did you try to disable addons and removing all your macroses?
Zanunaty, you’re probably experiencing an issue from Details addon. Basically it tries to track item levels of party members gear while in dungeon. Try to disable this feature by opening Details Options Panel -> Options -> Data Feed -> Item Level Tracker.
Hope it will help to solve your problem.
