So I am leveling my paladin. I am going for Consecration first and then I will put talents to protection build up to blessing of sanctuary and then fill the holy tree. My intention is to play Healer or tank in dungeons.
I dont mind slow leveling, besides from 40+ I could start kill aoe mobs (in theory). My only “complain” is that there are no Stamina / Intellect mail (and plate on 40+) as dungeon drops or quest rewards… I will have to rely on random drops “of the Eagle” on AH and there are very few of them as well
As far as I know, strength is a weak stat for me. It just affects my auto-attacks and gives a small block value… While intellect is much more precious, both for healing and tanking to be able to cast spells for longer time…
Now, if I need on cloth Intellect/spirit gear, even if I join as healer the dungeon, I will be considered ninja…

Nope, only by players who don’t understand the game or still come with a “retail mentality” about loot. Just say it upfront to avoid problems: “I’ll join as a healer and I’ll be rolling for healing gear of any type I can wear”. If they don’t agree (which is a legitimate response!), you find another group.
There’s also quite good and relatively cheap cloth tailors can make. You can check websites like wowhead and search by source etc.
As for tanking gear, that’s more complicated as you’ll want the armor and plate with intellect is rare; you can roll for “warrior plate” and still fill neck, rings, cloak… with caster gear. Carry plenty of water and potions (even if cheap ones) and drink as soon as you get out of combat whenever you need. As you level up it should get easier.
my main role will be healer… I will tank when group is in need of a tank and have already a healer… You can tank dungeons fine without holy shield, Consecration does very good threat and also have blessing of sanctuary, shield spike and of course SoR and judgment.
I did about the same thing. I leveled as a holy paladin , BUT you will still need STR.
Basically what you can do is get two different gearsets. One with STR and STA for questing / tanking . And a second set with INT and HealBonus for healing dungeons.
For questing remember that your auto attack is your bread and butter attack. And Judgment doesn’t get a bonus from INT but from AttackPower ( as far as I remember at least ).
I dont think judgment it gets bonus from AP… at least not the SoR judgment. I tried to unequip some items with strength and checked if it affects it, but it does not. maybe Spell damage will affect it.
But yes, auto-attack is indeed our best damage dealer, but weapon damage is what have major impact on that. I prefer have more intellect to cast consecration and heals to myself, than have little more white damage with strength.
Another thing is the rotation of Seal of Wisdom / Seal of Righteousness . You can start of with SoR - judge - SoR and then when your mana gets low do SoW.
That way you can do heals on yourself as well ( this is questing I’m talking about ).
Also for questing I said STR - STA … I meant to say STR - INT ( yes it’s possible )
