Is this guy tuned correctly? Our Chonk Bear with 175 Shadow Res is getting slapped for 5k+
Downed him but I’m pretty sure he’s hitting harder than 90% of raid content in a 5 man.

Maybe ask your tank not to suicide on his reflecting shield 
As I’ve seen, his autoattacks are physical and the tank takes a relatively nominal amount of shadow damage from the void bolt spray. So as mentioned, your tank doesn’t need shadow resistance, it needs to not attack into the shield 
We’re talking heroic here you muppets and dont you dare suggest my Teddy Wogan is slapping the reflect shield.

Also I am drunk, it’s shadow damage, and yes he might be the toughest heroic boss. Our bear (with like no SR other than priest buff) was also getting clapped, so we just made kiting the tactic and it worked. He is at least slow
