As a recently returning player to wow I was quite excited to see the roadmap and though perhaps there is a future to Wow. However I believe this 10.2.5 is a grave sign of what is to come. I logged on this morning and completed everything it has to offer in a matter of hours. Gilneas 10mins. Empty night elf village 10min. Farm dig sites a few hours. What else are 3 new hair colours really? This is what we pay for monthly. INCOMPETENCE. Another sign, what’s their big reveal feature? A RESKIN DWARF? Wow. I would like to know others thoughts on this patch and general state of the game and future? Is it wiser to use unsub now or keep throwing money into the maw of lost dreams and corporate greed?

Did you find any quests sending you to Belameth? I had nothing, just meandered over there and picked up the treasures.
I wondered if it’s NE specific or just Ally or there is nothing?

It was an epilogue-type quest that started in valdrakken, from one of the aspects, Alex i think! Seems to have prerequisites as my priest had it available but my druid did not. Likely the prerequisite is the emerald dream storyline.
Also it’s not marked as a special quest on the map so that made me think at first that there was nothing too. It’s a regular old yellow quest

So odd I’ve done everything on my main and it’s not anywhere. Do you remember where you picked it up?

I was editing that post as you sent that it seems. Seat of the aspects, a yellow quest up there, likely from Alex. I also saw a stay awhile and listen with Kalec and a quest from Vyranoth. It’s also not alliance specific as my entire guild other than myself is horde and people did it before me. (that being said there’s a quartermaster in bel’ameth selling night elf themed stuff for alliance characters)

It’s been like this since the start of dragonflight. they add some low effort crap and call it content. they’re also replacing features with story, so instead of having new gameplay things to do we get to experience the latest fanfiction written by someone at blizzard

Lets not go crazy, its just a 10.2.x patch. It was underhwelming compared to what they had hyped but hey we have had many other such patches add anything and instead working on fixing crap they had badly designed.
So its better than nothing. And we still habe .6 and .7 with more stuff. I hope its something more than completing it in a day thought but yeah.
Found it!!! There is no ! on my map at all to indicate there is even anything up here.

Had the same issue, Thankfully while following your conversation I found it. one of my pet peeves this expansion. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve been like “ok this new quest line is out but where?” Shouldn’t have to read a random forum post to know where to go for a new quest line

I remember this kind of complaint 11 years ago on some forum, “small patch, short questline, too little content, wow is dead”
Maybe it’s some kind of therapy for people

I also found Vyranoth had a quest and I’ve no idea how long that has been up there either.

Isn’t there supposed to be something with vrynoth and Iridikron leading to a cinematic?
Its after all the quests as far as I ve seen.I don’t remember the order but that was the last one.I believe also from the seat of the aspects.

That is the quest, just go up to the Aspects on their top platform in ValD, both quests are up there.

there is no context. it’s just 1 quest where you talk with vyranoth and then watch the cinematic, nothing else

Going through all of the cinematics I felt like I was sitting at the shrinks office. I mean I get it that it’s called the seeds of renewal but the overall game is still called world of warcraft.
