Yep! You got it, you almost have it, good job!

If it makes me a bad person to believe in presumption of innocence, then yes, I am a bad person!

Man, you must have a pretty impressive intel to know about what absolute majority thinks inside of a dictatorship. It’s not like you can go to jail for even calling a war “war” there now, let alone if you publicly show your disapproval.

Naaah, it’s just you being a douche to a guy with a cyrillic name, haha. Don’t worry though, I still love you.
Actually, I checked your posts and it looks like you’re just a douche in general. Perhaps I indeed was wrong and you’re not a xenophobe, but just a major a-hole to everyone. I bring you my sincerest apologies for this misunderstanding good sir!

That’s a pretty wordy and self-important way of saying “not really”. At the beginning of the war I’ve signed an open letter calling for the end of the conflict, went to a protest in Moscow and donated to an organization that helped people who got caught in the said anti-war protest. When things got even worse (like, police literally grabbing you for a talk in a cafe or people who protest being conscripted), so I skedaddled and now my taxes are doing the same as yours. I know it’s not much either, but my Ukrainian relatives told me I did good and that’s all what matters to me.

Haha, ye, I’m a casual heroic raids\1600 Andy, came back after 2 years of not playing, was planning on getting to like 1800 or 2000 for the first time. Got to ~1500 and then went on a losing streak - arms and ret farmed me like bots do old dungeons. Don’t really feel like pushing it further while the meta is as it is. CC nerfs are also kind of a bummer. So I just casually level alts or play pizza tower. Check it out, it’s a fun game, highly recommend it.

It’s kinda sad that I don’t even know when someone on the forum is being sarcastic anymore lol

It was sarcasm haha

As far as I know, he was elected and believe it or not, there are still many people of that country doing holidays outside of their country but still defending the war for stupid reasons.

But yeah, you obviously know better than me, blah blah.

What ever, this becomes boring and timewasting. I don’t care what you think about me.

It’s more like “I have done more than you, who is a person with roots to both countries, but prefer to live in safety.”

But what do you expect in terms of “doing something”? Going to Ukraine and fight in that war? Ehm, no, that’s more your job!

And those dumbos can get bent.

Nothing but the best!

I did what i could. You haven’t lived through the constant paralyzing horror without being able to eat, sleep or work after February 24. With present and future for both sides being so grim that you wonder if it is worth living at all. With a thought that thousands of lives are lost and ruined every hour haunting you whenever you close your eyes. With messages from your family that they hear sirens sending you into panic. With a thought that your friend’s newborn will grow up in poverty and isolation. With it becoming the new norm. You haven’t lived through this nightmare. You cannot judge me.

Maybe, but afaik you live in safety now and people welcomed you, pay for you and help you to even mentally escape the horror you have been through.

So are you saying those people aren’t “really” doing anything? Still answer my question: What do people have to do to do something in your opinion to not get blamed by you?

I have a job and pay my taxes. I am not a refugee.

What?.. Of course not… I don’t expect anything and especially don’t blame people who just live their lives.
My point was entirely as follows - “do you really care about the issue or is it just a convenient argument to be mean to people while having a moral high-ground” after you again and again passionately declared your point on it. And by “done anything” I did not meant “gone to war” either, god no. I have no capacity for killing. I doubt you do too. Just, like, if you went to protests in your city if there were any, or donated to anti-war or pro-Ukraine causes, or bought a pin with a Ukrainian flag to place on your bag. Small stuff like this, you know.
It’s fine. Perhaps I went out of line myself here. This stuff is highly upsetting. It doesn’t look like that Патокдрысни dude was bothered by it anyway and here I am on a holy crusade.

You might understand why that person is the only one ive actually put on perm ignore on the forum. x)

I understood your point, but you obviously don’t understand my question.

WHAT do the people have to do to to have really done something according to your demand? Therefore the question if donations and welcoming refugees aren’t enough to meet your standard of having really done something for the people?

When you say that I have “not really” done something, I would at least like to know what it means to have “really” done something!

And who asked you?

Well, I don’t think you do, because…

I am not “demanding” anything. I was talking about you and you alone. I was trying to gauge if your fervent remarks here were genuine or just a veil used in internet arguments. If you’d done something active, anything - that would’ve convinced me in your stance’s authenticity. I don’t see you paying taxes as doing something “active”. Your country’s making great decisions, but as you can probably tell throughout this conversation, I prefer to judge people’s character based on their actions and not on those of their government. And if your next argument is “well I voted for the current government so I’m the reason things are great actually” - then you sure got me, wow, so cool! I wish to be like you when I grow up!
Okay, at this point we’re really walking in circles here, how about we wrap it up, ye? Glad you agree. Thx bye.

They say love is blind.

So you’re saying that monetary and material donations don’t constitute active participation and that one hasn’t actually done anything with those donations?

Had I known that the Ukrainian people would perceive it that way, I would have probably bought something else with it!

However, I’ll assume that you’re not speaking for them. Nonetheless, you still haven’t answered my question: what have you actually actively done? But to be fair, I don’t really care anymore about the answer. I am out!

Demo is totally fine just stop
