This quest is bugged for like 2 years and blizzard seems doesnt want to fix this. I cant complete my loremaster on Outland because of this 1 quest i am trying to complete. Npc is always grey and not engaging to you. Fix this and do your job Blizzard.
This is the Classic (level 60) forums, so you posted the wrong place. For TBC the correct place would be WotLK forums.
But even worse; you posted a bug report: they need to be made in-game, since Blizzard does not read the forums.
