I just wanted to ask, is Blizzard planning some kind of compensation for this problem… I didn’t buy subscription just to wait to play and not actually playing the game, probably everybody thinks that way… Please think of something or fix it up faster, because I don’t want to spend half of my day waiting to play the game… Thank you!

They can’t compensate you for something you don’t pay for in the first place.
Your sub covers the official realms, not classic. There are no queues on the official realms.
Classic is a gift for having a subscription/gametime

I was planning on buying the new remake wc3 when it comes. i was planning on playing wow classic for over a year or atleast how long they keep servers up… Now however after 1 week and que is still 10.000+ and there’s no word from blizzard about fixing it and they just want to wait out for bfa and new players to leave and/or go back to bfa the children wow game… i find myself asking, why pay to a company who doesn give one cent about their customers? it is obious they don’t care about us… its all about getting as much money in short time as possible not as much money over a year or 5 years… i can tell you, they will lose HALF of their customer base. Other game companies are going to jump on their failure’s of listening on people missing out on playing vanilla wow ect. those companies will make money on blizzard unwilling policy to spend money that came up somewhere after 2 expansion. I mean they think oh were prepared no worries. I simply say this they where not prepared no where near prepared for the storm of players wanting to join vanilla wow. in acient times of 15+ years ago players bought wow ON CD. That meant people had to order pc, they got a statics knowledge before hand of how many people that could and would play. and wanted to play on pre-order BEFORE OPENING WOW. Now people these days they don’t buy cd normaly. they do it online on their accounts. I mean for fck sake the website BROKE DOWN because people where mobbing the website in wanting to buy game time or wow classic or both… idiots i say
Same here, i must go to work at the mornig, from 12 o´clock is server about 12k queue until midnight when i go sleep, i am casual player which played only vanilla and TBC. Actualy i have about 2/3 hours play when get up early and play at mornig. This is not what i am expecting from the dream, better go back to nostalrius, more better support team than blizzard. I am really sad from this.

Ich habe meinen Account nur wegen Classic reaktiviert und bezahle deshalb auch dafür. Seid WoD ist WoW für mich ohne jeden Reiz incl. BFA und will es auch nicht spielen.
Ich hätte mir auch Classic gekauft.

Some people added subscription just for playing Classic.
I have 0 interest in BFA, yet the only way to access Classic is with an active account.
Blizz had said it themselves, around the lines of “think of Wow:BFA and Classic as different realms on the same account”
Waiting 8 hours just to get into the same servers as your friends is not the service that people are subscribing for, therefore people are right to want compensation, I as one of many have submitted a refund request and will return to the game once Blizz have seen that people want this fixed.
Stop assuming that all players on Classic are also BFA players.

i paid for classic. i paid for bfa. i paid for everything up to bfa… so why let me wait a 7k+ if i need to run for store becs i need to purcase something i forgot to do earlier because i was busy playing or working or something and din’t realised i din’t had untill it was late and everyone is home? 15k x 10 dollar=150.000 dollar a month… lets say taxes takes 5 dollar a month for easy calc sake… so lets say every vanilla server have 10k+ players… on a sum, hmm lets say 10 servers… 10 x 15k=150.000 people. then 150.000k x 10=1.500 mil… now don’t forget we have ppl on bfa who doesn play vanilla or do both a bit… maybe we get in total… 2.mil dollar per month on just wow time alone, not to mention pay for server changes, pay for character faction changes. pay for mounts, pay for gold… some do 1 month pay and some do 6 some do all year… so maybe last month and this they got about… 5 mil dollar? and they have a 10k+ que’s on several eu servers… is this right way to do managing money x reputation x treating wow classic/bfa customer base on a 5 mil usd a month on world of warcraft? i don’t think so but you are welcome to tell me otherwise right now becs 7k wait time becs i had to run to store for shop before it closes becs missing stuff and klock is 9 at night time… ppl are in waiting… 7+k wait time… weekend… do you really want to piss me off with retarded comments about blizzard doing what they can when they are clearly just chilling out and looking at the money rolling in rather?
i could not agree more. i am waiting 9 at night time… got kicked out for a 25-20 min afk store run and guess what… 7-8k in a que… you don’t know if i have work or wife or children or what my lifestyle is… but i can tell you i know people who has families and work… is this right way to treat a customer regardless of their income when they are paying 15 dollars for sub per month be it for bfa or classic or both?
When buying subscription it says:
- Subscription includes levels 1-110.
- Subscription includes levels 1-60 in World of Warcraft® Classic.
In product detail (sub) it contains both games as well, so your argument is invalid in here. You are paying for both not just for one.
Going with your reasoning, it’s like if we said: we are paying for classic, bfa is just a gift for having subscription.
