Cannot be top tier if I aint there.
I donât understand neither who gave the ownership to X rper of Stormwind or any place, the world is in itself, a world filled with players doing whatever they want to do, if your chat is spammed by yells, but those yells are part of an event which is ONE that makes sense in the place that it took off and is a RP EVENT, then why shouldnât they be able to do it?

I have been arguing that we need some kind of cross-faction guild of Void and Fel enthusiasts/researchers. Thing is, guilds need officers to come into existence.
