But it is against the ToS, that should be it. There is no “But other people are breaking it too” discussion about it, why do you get to cherry pick things out of rules we all agree to follow in order to play the game?

Also yeah, I do think rules should be followed to a differing degree of severity and when they are relevant.
For example, rules meant to protect the vulnerable should be enforced strictly when the vulnerable are put at risk, but not at all when the vulnerable aren’t even in the picture.

This goes for all walks in life, not just my weird little hill right here.
