Magāhar orcs were reported hiding out in the Barrens, kidnapping draenei and committing grievous acts against the helpless travellers. Before the Horde could bring these to justice and put an end to the orcish aggression, the Alliance took matters into their own hands and went straight into the Barrens to bring it themselves.
To make matters worse, buildings and fortifications belonging to the magāhar orcs, but more importantly the Horde, were destroyed in the process. It was then up to the Saurfang Legion to clean up and cast the Alliance back into Ashenvale.
The Cohort and Myrmidons travel to the Echo isles, to pay respects to the fallen Talanjite Tāzali. Her body resting atop the pyre, decorated in her armour and belongings. tended to by the priests of Gral and Bwonsamdi. As each mon pays their respects, offerings and farewells to her, the pyre is set aflame to send her soul to the Loa who will greet her with honour for her loyalty to the Empire and Loa. The Cohort reside within Orgrimmar, on the search for trolls willing to pledge their service to Zandalari Empire! Zandalar forever!
The seventh rastari cohort was asked to meet a priest of Kimbul for a special task only these proud and mighty warriors could be brave enough to accept and accomplish.
Mojāank was an old troll priest. Tired from the countless days and nights committing himself to curing his son of a fatal illness. He had prayed to every loa and consulted with every witch doctor he knew and delved deep into the secrets of alchemy.
The priest learnt of a recipe for a potion which required a rare flower from Volādun, the Duneiyan Lily. The desert was too vast and dangerous for him and so he asked the Painted Shields to find it.
As the cohort arrived at an oasis within Volādun, they finally found the lilyā¦ and exiles waiting to ambush them! They some how found themselves in possession of potions that would make them go berserk in combat and give the cohort a tough battle, but it all came together after the dust settledā¦
Mojāank arrived and was left stunned at the sight of the Painted Shields standing tall. He was quickly confronted by their shadrasi, Vulai and the priest confessed that he discovered a more ancient and forbidden secret to fulfil his dreams of curing his sonā¦ blood magic.
With the blood of the strongest of kin needed, he still needed the cohort dead and raised his fallen hired help from death to help accomplish the task! The Painted Shields defeated the priest in the end and as he was sentenced to death right then and there, he begged the cohort to help his sonā¦
The Cohort recently has returned from deployment to Volādun, residing in Orgrimmar, they rest up and regroup after their success. Their banners can be spotted in the valley of honour, on the lookout for Zandalari and tribal alike who wish to pledge their loyalty and service to Zandalar.

The Painted Shields received word that the night elves once again posed a threat against the Shatterspear Tribe. Out-manned, the tribe called the Zandalari to reinforce their sacred vale.
But upon arrival, the seventh rastari cohort found a smouldering heap of war and violence at the entrance of the vale, while smoke came from over the hills that hid the tirbeās home.
The cohort entered the vale that was now overrun by night elves of the Black Moon! They were quick to act, freeing the rounded up villagers and saving an old shadow hunter named Bimāboku.
They fought their way to the very heart of the invading night elves and as their captain was struck down, the Shatterspear Tribe had rallied their warriors and chased them out of their vale!

The Skullsplitter Speakers brought distressing news to the Zandalari Empire. Jagya the Jaguar, a strong warrior and a proud one at that for a tribal, began an uprising within the tribe and claimed it and their territory within Stranglethorn Vale for his own, with a large number of his fellow warriors following behind him.
Whatās worse was that Jagya the Jaguar began making claims that we would lead his tribe to retake the whole jungle and have the Gurubashi Empire go to war with the Zandalari.
A bold and foolish challenge, but Jagya had the whole tribe to cause a lot of havoc in the jungle and bring disorder for all jungle trolls. In response, the Zandalari Empire sent the Painted Shields to shake down the tribe by any means and put the tribe back in line.
As they arrived at Gromāgol Base Camp, they met their informant who was revealed to be Bimāboku the shadow hunter! A familiar face who had been saved by the seventh rastari cohort back when the night elves were invading his home!
He lead the cohort to the Baliaāmah Ruins and pointed out the best ways possible to approach the tribe. The cohort decided to sneak their way in and cut the head off the snake as soon as possibleā¦ or at least that was the plan anyway.
Quick to alert the Skullsplitter trolls, the cohort were forced to cut their way through their ranks until they caught the attention of their leader himself - Jagya the Jaguar.
Outraged by the cohortās actions, he was not keen on listening to their diplomacy and fought the Zandalari to the deathā¦ and so, the warrior had fallen and his tribe were quick to bend the knee to the victor, the seventh rastari cohort - the Zandalari Empire.
