As goblin and beeing exalted in OG 1 penumbra thread cost me 7 gold 20 silver.
Making the cheapest tailoring item cost me:
3x Penumbra
5x Shroud
that is around 25-30g
Merchant sell price for that item is 26 gold
Disenchanting that item yealds 2-3 souldust
Thats 10-15 gold per soul dust.
Actionhouse price for a soul dust on my server: 5-6 gold
This kind of makes no sense Blizz.
I know i am late with this but can you at least consider the thread prices for next expansion.

Yeah, it’s too late in the game to craft stuff for disenchanting.
yeah i was checking my bank to disenchant some of the cloth i have.
Then the auction house for the material prices.
Just selling the cloth makes more profit than making anything with it.
And all because the thread prices try to balance out the item prices, when selling to a merchant.
Maby just lower the merchant sell prices instead of artificially temper with the thread prices.
