2nd time I get into a group with 3 people from the same server. They can kick for no reason at all giving you 30 min debuff. Can we atleast get an option to report them? Its impossible after getting kicked

Utilising the votekick for any or no reason is not considered abuse.
If they did harass you in another way like chat you can report them with the right click option for that.
If you got suggestions you can submit it also through the ingame box for improvements.
Easy solution to avoid this.
Avoid pug. Make your own grp.

So they can kick me because, they dont like my name, and give me 30 min debuff? is this a a joke? XD

Nah you suggested if they can add an option to report them, which they won’t because it is not against the rules.
I admit, that it is the least worst of many options to have a votekick and debuff present in the game. In the past it used to be way worse, which I talked about recently here.
Remember if you got any good suggestions you may suggest it through the ingame box too.

Yeah thanks for the advice, anyway, back to the actual point, some people are abusing this system, ruining the fun for many others, i dont care about getting kicked, the problem is 30 min debuff for no reason, when people dont have 10 hours to play and just wanna do 1 dungeon. Do something please if its not much to ask, ty

The 30 minute debuff is for leaving the dungeon for any or no reason.
Unsurprisingly it is to prevent an “I don’t care, I am holding this group hostage” type attitudes and being able to requeue again. Which is already discussed here.
If you got any good suggestions you may suggest it through the ingame box.

you dont get 30 min cooldown but 10 or 15

Its not going to change. If you enter the pug world, expect toxic ppl.
As I said. Make your own grp. Avoid it all.

Then remove the possibility to pug then. If some honest ppl should be punished for the toxic ones, then let the toxic ones also get punished

It’s OK lad, there’s always some wierdos who flock back to WoW after a major content update and play the game with an après nous, le déluge mentality. I’ve rarely seen attempts to vote kick in the dungeons I ran through RDF in Wrath, and I ran a lot of them! You’ve just met a few bad apples, that’s all.
But remember, if you got any good suggestions you may suggest it through the ingame box

Op, this game has a history of killing itself just as the community that likes to do the same to itself.
There is nothing you can do about it. Bookmark your post and watch them cry in 2-3 months how servers died to quickly. Most of the people here are absolutely clueless sheep who like to get stuck in a hamster wheel of toxicity.

Had a group today kick a guy because he missed the lift in dungeon (big jelly fish) I voted no but everyone else must have voted yes, he got kicked (by the time the vote kicked happened he had nearly caught up with us) I said it was silly and childish and left too, they would have to stop for a dps and healer then all because of them being impatient immature bawbags
Will they learn?, no, this is how there toxic brains work, but least I didn’t have to heal them for the rest of the dungeon and went and did something more enjoyable.
The vote kick system is somewhat

People are allowed to vote to kick you for any reason, and this is not abuse.
The debuff is there because not having it on balance caused more issues.
You are free to kick anyone you want. Thats how it works in pugs.
If you dont like it, then dont pug.
Sure, I support that ppl can kick others. But don’t give the ppl who are kicked a 30 min cd before being able to sign up again

The cooldown period is beneficial as it discourages negative behavior such as trolling or acting poorly to get kicked, knowing you can immediately requeue.
