Refrain from spreading rumors and false information!

Posting clickbait posts from some “Pirat Nation” called “gaming news” X account with a selfmade logo to logo picture is neither an official nor a reliable source.

 okay
you do realise blizzard wont say anything if its a legal matter. thats a form of confirmation to what could be legal action.

if you are waiting for a blue post goodluck
but anyone with an ounce of brain power can see its due to the patent

Negative.
End of conversation.

and people are continuing to worship Nintendo the Nestlé of the video game Aka Lucifer itself

I’m also pretty sure the nintento patent is regarding a super specific set of actions and if you miss even one of the actions listed it’s already considered not infringement.

Oftopic. This counts for any big gaming company in one way or the other. Be it by patents, lawsuits, gambling mechanics, other forms of malicious monetization, etc.

Inapproriate to conitnue this topic any further here.

dear forum opponent, with all intellectual honesty I have a question for you.

Do you know many video game compagny who sues lambda/random people like you and me who draw and expose handmade artworks of nintendo things?

Do you know many video game compagny who sues people who try to do smash bros or other game tournament for a 100% charity event?

Do you know many video game compagny who racistely inflict taxe to other countries for they bad hardware mobile console?

Ever since Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard they’ve been cutting costs all over the board. Fired people, closed studios they even are planning (or already did) to rise Game Pass sub. We know Blizz team have taken some hits (social media team for example) and Pet Battle system could be another victim.
Funny that they wanted to give more content to solo players yet are canceling one of main solo activities.

$68.7 billion doesn’t come back to you on it’s own

Nobody did them. Simple as that.

As Keento correctly pointed out
 Patents dont apply retroactively.

Well maybe bacause “solo players” are not such a majority as you (and others) beleive. You “solo players” should have played more Pet Battles if that was the case
But you did not. And they got deleted.

So there. Start farming Delves daily (not just for 2h on Wednesday). Cause if you dont
 they will be next.

Besides. Blizzard never wanted to give content to Solo Players. They wanted to give content to uncoordinated groups of players. And Solo Players were simply hitchiking the ride

You disregarded your own “intellectual honesty”.
Reminder to your intellect:

End of conversation.

Well thats the case, as I have mentioned in Pet Battle forums (yes there is such a thing here on forums) - ever shorter patch life cycles and evergrowing list of “gone forever with end of the season” FOMO list of things cause people to postpone doing pet stuff for “later” but there was never enough time. Though to be fair I did plenty of pet battles.
Now for rest of your post: visions, thorgast and delves were solo content with coop mode added just in case. The content for “uncoordinated groups of players” are modes like solo shuffle, blitz or m+ pugs. Both rated pvp and m+ are coop content intended for coordinated premade groups. The fact that so many people are unable or unwilling to make or maintain social groups to play those modes made Blizz add tools to make it easier for such people. You already have people crying for some sort of LFG tool for m+ for exact same reason.

So someone with no known credentials saying what you want to believe in is now evidence?

I hope you never have to do Jury service

Well apparently Pet Battles were not “FOMO enough”. Because all those exclusive pets
nada. Not even special twitch pets drew enough attention
 so
yeah. Should have done more pet battles.

And FYI: FOMO is not defined by blizzard. Its defined by YOU.

That is not what was advertized by blizzard themselves.

It sais, and I cite: “They’re ideal for players who want to experience a meaningful game progression without significant time commitments.”

Which also happens to include Solo Players. But it was not made FOR solo players. Big difference.

As for visions: They were originally SOLO 100%. But not in this new iteration. Funny.
And Thorgast: They COULD be done solo. But that is now what was advertized:

It sais, and I cite: "Torghast, Tower of the Damned is an instanced dungeon scalable from 1 to 5 players, with difficulty that adjusts to the size of your party. "

Where does it say that is was MADE for Solo Players? And be honest. In SL, people went with a party of 5. Because having a tank/healer was simply that much more efficient.

They threw you a bone. Be realistic.

Oh they are so much coordinated. Yes indeed. You need a tank. A healer. And some DPS. And you need to play as a TEAM to accomplish goals. Plus, at-least 40 minutes (plus the time to find a group) that you need to commit to those game modes.

Not “so many people”. Some Asocial Gollums. And those people have to understand that playing in a GROUP
 in a MULTIPLAYER game
well socializing has great advantages in that context. They simply choose not to. And well
 it has consequences.

Its those people that dont want to pay those consequences and adapt to the group. So they demand a “LFG tool for M+” to have Blizzard adapt the group to THEM.

To be fair, Bobby made quite a few layoffs even when the financials were great.

What did Nestlé do?

I hope they improve on the system.
Cause yes, the further you got on with pet battling, the more tedious it became.
Lower level pet battling is so much more fun than the max level stuff.
