The fact that I don’t know what deck I want to play in Magic Arena. Grixis Control? Boros Angels? (I actually “only” need 7 more mythic cards for a full deck, because I got lucky with the boosters.) TEFERI?!
Too many decks and not enough mythic and rare wildcards.
Am now reminded that I don’t know where my magic cards are.
Or my Pokémon ones for that matter.
Had someone say Gorok was up, naturally by the time I got there he was dead. What my peeve here is, is the jackass who didn’t say they killed it. You could spare us a few minutes by spending 5-10 seconds typing…
With people like that, no wonder this game got so antisocial.
The use of growth pot is really getting on my nerves too. Tauren are already quite big as a model adding a growth pots makes you look silly, same goes for every single male Draenei and Worgen… With the occasional male druid Nelf.
I’m okay with Darkmoon firewater since it doesn’t make you look freakishly big but growth pot is an eye sore. I’d link Dari’s comics regarding growth pot RPers and their reasons but I don’t have time to look through.

I mean I get it, tauren are bigger in lore than they are in game, but when you’re some sunwalker with that potion, no, you don’t look cool, you f*cking dumb lamppost.

LF draenei giants have become so common, that it looks like Stormwind has a Lighthouse problem.
Doesn’t even have to be a Sunwalker. In the case of Tauren growth users… They tend to be any type of Warrior/Juggernaut or druids. Rarely seen in the case of shamans or hunters or even priests. So yeah.
Speaking of oversized things: Weapons, seriously, some swords for example in this game are gigantic, the biggest sword excluding Armageddon should be something like this:

It’s really wide, and I get that there could be longer swords, but some swords we have are longer AND wider, and that’s just not okay, how do you plan to use something like that? I get that WoW’s a fantasy game, but still, I’d prefer if they stuck to semi-realistic weapons.

More problematic is the complete lack of realistic options.
We haven’t gotten an even reasonably realistic longsword since the launch of vanilla.
Really, the only type of weapon Blizzard doesn’t seem to screw up is maces, and that’s because it’s fairly hard to make maces so horrible they’re not even semi-realistic. But there is that one 2H mace that’s a skull on a spine, which not only would snap on the first thing it hits, it’d snap in midair due to air resistance.
Polearms that are way too big, axes that aren’t sharp, swords that have protrusions that’d stop the sword from cutting, daggers the size of swords…
We have gotten some pretty nice poleaxes in BFA which I am happy about at least. Feeds my lawbringer RP.
Speaking of, that it took them this long to have polearms freaking sheathe correctly

I decided to watch a bit of The Game Awards for 2018.
Overall, it was below average. The Outer Worlds being revealed was a nice treat for certain, but overall it was rather lackluster.
Oh. And that “Best E-Sports Player” guy… Yeaaaah, I think he pretty much defines “Everything wrong with humanity”. Nobody cares about your personal life, no need to spoil a game award show with your… Award speech, and jabs at a certain aligned group of people.
It’s like if I were to get an award and then spent the majority of the time talking about what I do in my spare time, and then topping it off with a jab against people of the alignment who seem to stand against it.
Accents in roleplay! It’s pretty hard to do some of the races justice with a few misplaced apostrophes. I prefer to just imagine it. (10x Worse if these are representations of bad in-game accents loike Gilnean).
