We celebrated last night because much of my family had to be elsewhere today.
Which means today is gaming and slacking day. Just as Christ intended.

On every Discord server I’m in people started saying merry Christmas.
Since I don’t celebrate it I just assumed that it takes place on a different day, time zone or something similar to that during the 24th and 25th.
Threw me as well. People suddenly going merry Christmas last night, “it’s Christmas day in Europe” um… no? It’s only half 6pm on the 24th in Moscow now so…
I just assume that mainland Europe has forgotten how dates work. Only explanation i can find.

Exactly, Christmas is bally well on the 25th, and I don’t care what Johnny Foreigner says, the 24th is spent eyeing up the presents, wondering what weird jumper Uncle Ernie has got you this year, eating food like we were preparing for a famine, watching shiz telly, having to make conversation, and getting mildly drunk, before doing it all again tomorrow, except opening the presents this time…Tally Ho!
Tomorrow is about eating too much, drinking beer from a boot, pretending to like a present and so on.
Christmas is the 25th.

I mean… I can live with typos. What I can’t live with are literal female human vampires who use priest float spell to hover above ground in Darkshire and do edgy stuff.

The Alliance continue to suck so hard at (Arathi) Warfronts it’s embarassing. I swear 80% of the group is AFK or on follow.
Normally I estimate about 15 minutes for an Arathi Warfront. This one is closer to 30. They’re consistently slow - at resource gathering (especially at resource gathering), at point taking, at everything.
