I’m terrible at wood gathering, I’ll say that happily.
As long as you’re doing something. Hordeside I’m usually enemy mine diving for extra iron (which is amazingly easy on rogues as you don’t break stealth when looting mine carts) and I barely have time to turn in stuff before we’ve either built everything or pushed the final objective.
I might’ve been unlucky but other friends of mine have commented similarly. I don’t get why Alliance are just so slow at it.
It took me an embarrassingly long time to clock that you had to click on the thing being built and that resources collected weren’t just deposited automatically somehow.
I don’t gather anymore. Just tend to follow whatever group is taking things and join in that, seems more productive anyhow.

I almost always do this, even when on my healer, because no one else seems to ever do it. Even when I ask them to. It’s very slow on a healer, especially Hordeside as the peasants have a larger aggro range than the peons and the Alliance mine has guards whereas the Horde one doesn’t, but you really need that extra iron.
My peeve are Draenei. For some reason, I just dislike this race.
Is it because your race looks like the love child of draenei and blood elves?

The market has been in freefall pretty much all day thanks to Trump’s government shutdown.
I had a GM tell me “It’s working as intended”. Something to do about syncing with the battle for gilneas BG. I laughed that right off as utter BS.

I thought I would take a stroll around Horde, see how RP is there this fair eve before Christmas.
I come across some Orcs who have taken a Draenei prisoner, alright sounds fair people are using the languages elixir.
I hover around in the background watching. They’re tracking someone. Orcs have good senses of smell apparently. They’re in the company of some Tauren as well, they explain to Tauren that when tracking prey (four legged and two legged, the latter in this case) the prey may often release an unpleasant effusion when chased in stress.
It’s a little odd at this point, but okay fair enough Orcs can be a little odd. A few moments later it seems the smell they are tracking is from one of the Orcs themselves. However it appears this Orc has done more than just left a whiffy off.
To spare you all the details (I’m sure the finest minds of AD can put it together) we end up with said Orc deciding to “investigate” the source of this problem.
Cue these absolutely two amazing lines.
