Spare moths, they’re easy to get rid of without killing them compared to the filth that are flies and other stinging and unpleasant insects.
But yeh, this summer I don’t feel like spiders are doing their job.
How is a common spider supposed to deal with thumbsized (body) moths?
Peeve: I really want to like ff14 but can’t seem to get to do so. The sluggish combat and annoying quest design where you sometimes have to run between several maps just to click a guy and make him talk makes me quit every time.
But I want to like it so bad.

My highest level character is a level 11 (or 12) Pugilist. And only having 3-4 abilities to circle with isn’t making the combat that interesting.
With quests I always look forward to getting new gear, just because I like to have my character look good. But at such an early level, you can expect the gear to look pretty ugly. So that kills my interest.
I don’t know, maybe I should try focusing on the main quest line for your class, or whatever it is - that requires you to be specific level before proceeding. Maybe it will yield me some storytelling outside of text.
Same. I played it for a week before it just… well, meh. Too slow and annoying in places. I agree with what you said. Combat is too slow and questing is annoying. Love the character designs though so I too wish I enjoyed it.
Slight Peeve specificially at you. Whenever I see Vaxir without the helm and in the rhinestone glasses(you’ve done this before) I feel confused. Put that helm back on!

The elusive Rank 8 in the Brawlers Guild continues to evade me. I have just three fights left to go, and I keep getting killed by mechanics that shouldn’t be difficult to avoid but because I’m old and a klutz they do.
I want to get it before my item-level suddenly shoots up in the new patch just to prove to myself that I can.

Have you tried changing the setting to european?
I’ve tried getting started in FF14 four times now.
Each time, I make a character, I get started, and… well, I get bored. I don’t know what it is about the game, but the instant I actually get to playing it, even just the first parts where you’re just walking back and forth to talk to npcs, I’d rather be doing literally anything else.
Some people don’t appreciate pigeons, calling them vermin and shooing them away, but they’re really wholesome birds who mate for life, make funny dances and soothing cooing sounds.
I have two pigeons living in a tree in my yard and sometimes one of them comes and sits outside the window in the morning, cooing, and I know it will be a good day.
