Pet Peeve: The Undying

Titanforge wasn’t in the game until Legion. Until then, Thunder/Warforge was a flat +6 and that was that.

Which, I should add, was greatly preferable to titanforges. Getting a Thunderforge was amazing without invalidating progression the way Titanforges do.

Ah, I remembered that one wrong then.

Still, MoP way was better. Majority of things in MoP was better than now, you can really tell that they still had a huuuuge passion for WoW, unlike now.

It won’t ever go back to the way it was, m+ is a pandora’s box blizzard will not close. But I missed being able to raid very competitively without having to do things like grind AP in world quests and island expeditions, run tons of dungeons and obsolete content and fish for titanforges, and so on.

I miss some of the class designs too… Not all of them, I preferred Legion Arms and Fury, but MoP DK was :ok_hand:

It feels like there was better spec balance too. When I make a raid pug today, I might get 23 DPS signing up, two or three healers, and maybe a tank if I wait long enough. That is so bad.

We can’t be friends anymore. This is straight up heresy, claiming that Fury in Legion was better than MoP Fury. HOW DARE YOU!?!?!

I enjoyed 90% of the classes and specs back in MoP, and now its like… 30%, its just meh now. I can’t forgive Blizzard for utterly buttf**king the classes into what they are now.

Though, I will admit that Fury is fun now and I actually feel like a Berserker, but I still prefered the MoP Fury. Bastards.

And really, MoP would’ve been garbage I Think with Mythic+, because the dungeons except for the revamps was boring.

Okay, fine. I’ll admit I barely remember how MoP fury was, so you may be right! I was a focused DK main.

Overall I think BFA is really bad for classes. I can’t think of any class that I did not like more in Legion, and many that I liked even more in MoP.

I had tons of fun with challenge modes!

Although the juicy non-ilvl gear rewards helped, that they were fully optional in terms of progression.

I miss challenge modes… And the sets.

I think my taste in PvE content is just not the norm. I really liked Cata heroics (at the start of Cata), I find M+ to be mostly just annoying, I like Nazjatar and find Mechagon to be largely rather boring, I like speedy dungeon runs but hate timers, … I also really don’t like how there’s so many difficulties now for raids. Just two was fine. Adding a tourist mode to that so everyone can look at the shiny things was fine with me too. But now we ended up having another difficulty.

For some reason I still really miss MoP Destru lock, even tho it’s gotten closer and closer to being that again. It just… feels off.

Basically; Keep Enrage up as much as possible, build rage > Colossus Smash > nuke. Repeat.

I bought a boost for my HUnter (Which I still regret to this day, should’ve gotten the Lock one), and I was actually whispered by the booster that ‘’…You could’ve easily have managed this by yourself… I’ve boost over 1k people already, and you’re the only know that I’ve seen that could’ve handled it, being completely aware of stuff happening around you. ‘’

That comment made me proud.

Cata heroics were my introduction to healing.

I bet you loved it.

Though, I did the dungeons Before their nerf, I cant remember dungeons being that hard at the start, and I didn’t play Pre-Cata.

Hardmode engaged!

The pugs you got thanks to how WotLK ended where godlike.

They were a huge jump from Wotlk, especially later on in Wotlk.

And then people complain ‘‘iz tu difclt’’, and now they complain that Everything is too easy.

Altoholics, how do you sustain your alts? I’ve got a bunch but doing mechagon or nazjatar introductions on all of them puts me off really much.
They are all falling behind badly on gear too.

I don’t really pve on alts anymore since the barrier of entry is so high.

I played like ten alts at once and raided normal etc in ToS. Times change.

I have 7 max levels, and they’re ilvl 400+, except my priest who’s 374.
And all I’ve done is unlocked the areas, so I can get a certain rare killed (that drops pet or mount) each day ( I dont).

I’ve geared by doing mythics from time to time, used 'em during raid time when you were allowed to use alts (assuming they werent too low). That’s how. :3

It helps having Curve and achievement for mythic raid bosses, cuz you can get into Groups with that. c:

I don’t. I have two characters with access to Mechagon, and only one who actually started the questlines. I may one day pursue the Alliance Nazjatar rep, as the two ray mounts can be used on any char’ (and I like blue), but not before a while.

My best-geared alt is still yet to reach level 120… how do you create so many of them and keep them geared, people? I don’t get it.

It’s easy.

I personally don’t have much of a social Life irl, so I dont go out and ‘‘waste’’ time outside unless I’m dragged there, and thus I cant spend my time on playing WoW (or any other game I’m in the mood for).

By having friends or guilds that let them join doing content.
I have neither. None of my friends on WoW invite me to do content.
And I’m picky with guilds.

Your friends sounds like a bundle of joy.
