Normally donāt care much about the 2d era of Legend of Zelda, I was talked into playing Ocarina of Time when that was a big thing and loved the franchise after that but always struggled with the gameboy titles.
Linkās Awakening remake hits and Iām all over it like white on rice. That art style is stunning. Having such a blast with it, too much though because Iām already half way through it.

Ok I have a question thatās been bugging me for a while and I donāt really want to make a thread about it:
Can worgen DKs switch between human and worgen form IC?
I donāt think they can. Would be a bit weird that something Undead switches back and forth between their Worgen physiology and Humanā¦
But Iām no DK expert, feel free to disregard me.
Worgen DK lore is kinda tosh to begin with (why is Arugalās servant a ālordā lmao) but Iād lean towards āyesā. I donāt think anythingās confirmed though.
The ritual in https://wow.gamepedia.com/Neither_Human_Nor_Beast is about āletting the soul master the beastā, which gels pretty well with LKās will eradicating Worgen DKās feral instincts. If normie worgen can transform back and forth due to that ritual, then Iād guess that worgen DKs likewise have that same mastery.

I donāt think thereās a definite yes or no in the lore, but bearing Elenthasā link in mind Iād say go for it.

Iād say so. The worgen curse is magical after all, not strictly biological (even if it does spread by bite/blood).

I recall there being some statement saying that, and Iām paraphrasing here, the only real requirement to do the switcheroo back and forth is balance.
And so, because of the utter dominance over the mind by the big LK, that balance was basically inevitable because both sides end up equally powerless. Meaning that essentially all worgen DKs can do the switcharoo
It was some dev interview or smth where this same question was asked, I think.

Arugal turned his servants into Worgen. From the DK starting stuff for Worgen:
Lord Harford says: <Name>, Iād recognize that face anywhereā¦ Whatā¦ What have they done to you, <name>?

The Pyrewood Villagers were Arugalās worgen as well, and they could switch back and forth (though, amusingly, they changed with day/night cycle back in vanilla).

We should have some kind of Supreme Lore Court here to resolve matters like this. A final panel of our finest loremasters to make rulings on head canons and how viable they are.

I admit I got that very quickly. I ran it on three of my hunters and everything sort of worked out.
Suppose I spent all my luck on that set.
I know the feeling. Discovered recently that it wouldnāt drop for hunters, only paladins and warriors; felt bad.
