Death is a very effective CC
i wish, if I go with my group, I end up with 5 people on me and no peels.
Yes. All yesses. Gross and annoying.
Peevish, Iām still grossed out by people insisting that dark skinned humans must be stranglethorn jungle natives. Such smelly implications.
Can attest that playing Agent/Sith Trooper (I had the armour, I was damn well gonna use it) was indeed great funā¦ until bad Sith RPers got involved.
Playing a Sith in a rather well run Sith guild was also a lot of fun. They had one of the most balanced stat combat systems Iāve ever run into then or since, and everyone was of a very good calibre, which meant the normal godmoddy wonkiness of Sith simply didnāt exist at all. A golden ageā¦
Then the Eternal Empire nonsense kicked in, and I gave up on the game, heh.
The vulpera NPCs do say that there are likely some of their kin across the sea, so Tanaris might actually have some vulpera in it.
They might be referring to their kin in Freehold, since there are pirate Vulperas.
Thereās a bunch of vulpera pirates in Kul Tiras which is across the sea soā¦
Hm, true, but pirates sail across the great sea, yes? So maybe some of them did settle in Tanaris. Just a speculation.
If you somehow miraculously managed to get away from a bare bones survival existence in an unforgiving desert thatās at least 20% salt, why would you move to another sodding desert when the world and its verdant plenty is your oyster?
Weirdo fox people.
They might struggle in a situation where they donāt need to scavenge - a new desert might well be ideal for them.
Plus the other lands in Kalimdor arenāt really much more ideal anyway. North is filled with xenophobic elves, east is barren and shattered, west isā¦even more barren, bar Feralas which is a humid jungle filled with more elves, ogres, gnolls, Grimtotem and wild beasts, and south is three deserts and a jungle filled with dinosaurs.
Well, biology to the rescue! Vulpera are obviously based on Fennec foxes.
Fennec foxes are made to live in desert environments. Vulpera probably enjoy the dry heat, their fur doesnāt cope well with water but a dust bath is good, and theyāre quite small - which means going into territories with large and aggressive dominant species, like say Ogres, Quilboar, or even Gnolls and Kobolds would be a bad time!
Just bought the Spoils of War Edition of WC III: Reforged.
Iām confused as to why you get āāAnubāarakāā as a Hero for HotS over Arthas. It makes no sense at all, since the other characters are Jaina, Thrall, and Tyrande, who all make sense. Anubāarak makes no sense over Arthas.
What did you write!?
Itās a secret.
Iām still sad they changed his VA for HotS when Steve Blum was available voicing Abathur. : (
Praying that Reforged keeps his voice because it was such a major draw for me
Aw hek, naw. >:c
Yeah, I always prefered his WC3 voice over his WoW/HotS voiceā¦ But the most heretical change in HotS is METZEN NOT F***ING VOICING RAGNAROS!!!
All Anubāarak voices have been inferior to the one in Frozen Throne. I heard him in WoW and was like āWait, what? The heck is this?ā
Also donāt like the more recent Arthas voices. Just re-use the already recorded lines instead FHS.
Theyāve never been able to replicate the quiet menace that Blum managed.
āAgreed implies choice.ā is one of my favourite voiced lines
Almost all WC3 voices were better than the WoW and HotS ones. Arthas, Jaina (?), Illidan, Anubāarak, Sylvanasā¦
