That could be part of the recruitment quest. Ranishu everywhere, scavenging their antenna to make a weapon to eliminate them.

Why would you want that when you could have one that focuses on their fight against the remaining Faithless? That ranishu quest sounds more like a basic quest than an emissary quest.
You can expand upon it. Like how with the Maghar, you first go for the ogres. The ranishu can be something used by the Faithless.
The best we’ll likely get is some random exiles targeting their caravans.
In the next Blizzard pyramid scheme to get you to pay 150 euros for a MOG.

I have absolute faith they will be added as a race. I just think the recruitment will be a little lack lustre. That way if it isn’t, I’ll feel better.
Because as the future Warchief (Queen) of the Horde, I need to blend in, some-what.
Elves don’t get to be Warchief.
