Pet Peeve: Wrath

Because the Shado-pan are training HM Tauren monks I guess.

It’s still one of my favourite jokes, and I think it’s because they did become real words, in their way.

…shoulda ended at season 8. :pensive:

Gotta love receiving drunk or someone messaging the wrong number at 2AM…

And the cherry on top it’s some weirdo from a tinder like website for Gay men asking me to add him there… Told him to sod off.

You’re missing out. The thrill of watching them stop responding completely after you say you’re not after an immediate hookup is unparalleled.

Maybe, but it’s 2AM and I’m drowsy, I have no energy to troll people at such hour.

Why do we live in a world in which most people go through their entire lives just to suffer at the hands of those in positions of power?

More generic takes at 4AM when I forget where my sleeping tablets are.

The Shado-Pan are trolling the Highmountains.

In one of the Zuldazar Alliance WQs, the Shado-Pan literally are siding with the Alliance by giving them intel against the Horde. The Thunder Totem trainer is just re-enacting the ‘we trained him wrong, as a joke’ scene. A long con.

(The serious answer is that blizzard has no god damn idea what to do with monks, nor shado-pan for that matter, and so their decisions are all over the place. Nonpanda monks are badrp, you heard it here first folks)

Peeve: Lor’themar/Thalyssra.

I have no idea why they’re pushing for it, but it feels sudden and out of the blue.

A problem with WoW’s one-patch-every-six-months when NPCs frequently don’t show up in every patch is that any development is going to end up feeling rushed somewhat.

Yeah this, along with the fact that all story content can be finished in about an hour each patch (not including the filler stuff like that god-awful Halls of Origination BS in 8.3 or the rep gating) means that almost everything that happens in WoW feels sudden and to have come out of nowhere.

Especially since they just pick a bunch of characters to focus on each patch with no real rhyme or reason to it.

Big old peeve today. Modern games that don’t have an auto save function. Why not?

Had a power outage last night which knocked out my PS4 which was running Persona 5. I didn’t lose as much as I feared I had, but my last manual save was about half way through the last palace I did (the one in space) and I had already finished it and advanced about ten days. The idea of manual saving has been lost to me over the last generation or so where nearly every game has a solid auto save function.

I’ll be more careful with how often I save from now on, but the question is still why not have some that function in any form? Like how hard would it be to have one that triggers at the end of each day or at the beginning?

Infuriating.

I’m gonna ask a question. I’m curious and want opinions on this and don’t wann amake a thread but the crappy art scammer made me remember something.

To keep it short: Is it okay to trace stock photos for personal art and / or commissions?

Why do Blizzard insist on telling a character focused story in an MMO-RPG (a game genre uniquely unfit to character focused narratives).
Just make your point-and-click adventure game already, if you insist on telling character stories, Blizzard…

Will Tyrande be an aggressively dominant love interest in it? If not, I have no interest in this

A-arthas… pls… Lich King story… Date me…

No please. After the difficulties I had in choosing my romance partner in Persona 5 I could do without that heartache again.

Turning down Kawakami was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life and I’m not sure I will ever be over it.

Having to choose between Tyrande, Azshara and Thalyssra would break me, and not break me in the way I am hoping they would

Hardest choices require the strongest wills :pensive:
