I mean (from what I can see anyway) I don’t think anyone’s ever said anything particularly bad in any of these? There’s been some name-calling but that’s pretty par for the course.

I think it’s good to discuss these views in the way we’re doing right now. Starshade-memes aside, no one is throwing accusations of any kind and we’re having a very respectful debate.
Either way, I think I have provided the input I wanted on said topic, and I’d say I can gladly steer the conversation away from it.

Yes, she is okay. She lost her eye when she was a kitten and we treat her very well. She’s an old lady now.

I don’t mind cats, but from my experience dogs are a lot more loyal.
Cats are strange creatures.
I remember when I visited a friend for a couple months last year, I brought my super-woolly favourite blanket and his cat would just stomp-stomp-stomp on it endlessly.
Even when I was trying to sleep underneath it.
I mean, I do that all the time after one of these debates.
