A Samurai Warriors peeve is that it wants you to have 100% objective completion, but then you get punished for clearing what would be objectives too quickly, because if you don’t wait for it to show up you don’t get credit.

Just beat a mission where one objective was kill the boss with a multi-musou with two specific characters. I did that, but because I rocked up quicky fast and nuked him down, no credit for me. Silly.

Would if I could. I just think it’s sometimes taken to be so much easier than it is for some, myself included. Managing contact, payment etc. I don’t use these sites in a meaningful way, nor do I have paypal for payment due to not trusting it. Which is to say nothing of how much more expensive the stuff I really want done would be.

It’s a whole scene I’m cut out of by various choices and lack on money and contacts and I think people who aren’t kind of lose track of how it isn’t quite so easy sometimes.

I know zombiecat’s art and it’s great.

People gotta get paid, it’s just outside my pricerange. It is too expensive for me. Priced out, all I can do is whine or commit Abominable Intelligence Tech-heresy.

I wish. It’s expensive to be expansive. :melon: :melon:

Rest assured that if I ever get to be dictator of earth I’m going to force everyone to attend a one month long intensive art course.

You will suffer
But I will personally assure that everyone finally learns that they really could teach themselves how to do art if they really wanted to
Will it be exactly the thing you want to see? Probably no. But good news: This affects literally all the artists, everywhere, all the time.

Your suffering is a price I’m willing to pay

I tried and failed, hitting a hard skill plateau long ago that can never portray what I want. Cognitive, coordination, whatever. I know my limits.

I treasure my dorky victory dance pic, it’s true.

That never really stops with art so fret not and get back into the swing of things. Some days you’re like ā€œyo I can kind of drawā€ and other days your art is more like

You say that but I used to draw a lot and my capacity to improve stalled hard. Now I cannot transfer images in my head to paper in any meaningful way. I’m also particularly face-blind and cannot do proportions. Some people really cannot get good.

time to draw nothing but giant robots

Couldn’t until I tried a different approach from what is usually taught in most art courses

Not telling you to bash your head against smth you don’t enjoy
Just telling you that if you ever want to try your hand again I can give you some pointers to where to look for other, newer methods of learning art stuff
