SB is filled with these quests, with individual and personal tragedies which just showcase how bad it was for everyone being oppressed by an occupying force. I like the fact many of them are unwilling to fight just because how much beaten down they have been when they tried to fight back and what they lost in doing so, or unwilling to risk it.
Which in my mind is a rather realistic view of what happens when you live under military occupation for a longer duration.

When I first started playing I wasn’t expecting such a build up to go there. It really paid off, it’s got to be one of my favorite cities in gaming. It’s up there with RDR2’s Saint Denis for me. Great atmosphere, great lore, spectacular music. Also feels like an actual city which few games manage to pull off in my opinion.

That stupid “That wizard came from the moon” line which has been meme’d to hell and back (and even got a reference in a quest name I saw, that’s not a spoiler) is forever stuck in my brain for anything moon related from now on. I’m gonna be 90, coming back from a moon base trip to pick up my new cyborg eye replacements, and just muttering ‘This wizard came from the moon’ to myself and no one will understand because it’s a 65 year old reference at that point.
