Speaking of Warframe songs, I still wish I had the skills to animate a WoW music video using We All Lift Together for the Gnomes/Reclamation of Gnomeregan. Give them a moment of seriousness/kick(butt), because it fits so darn well.
But āDisappointed!ā is one of the internetās finest memes.
I wouldnāt have minded it if it became a gimmick fight like Rykard but with a viable option to use whatever weapon you wanted (say the gimmick weapon was the hammer from marika/radagon to bonk the beast), either way the fight is in my top tier for atmosphere for sure.
On another note is it possible to make a spellbreaker/anti-mage build of sorts? Thinking of using the Royal knight set, carian shield with carian retaliation ash of war and the clayman harpoon to roll catch in pvp, just canāt think of talismans atm
english translation for chapter 3 of the XIV school au manga dropped. how am i meant to work when i have ysale freaking out over fluffy animals brainrot and emet-selch disintegrating thancreds clothes by accident brainrot. first world problems at their finest
For pve? Yeah sure, though there wonāt be much spell breaking when there are no spells to break, which is most of the game. With that in mind, there are a few anti magic spells and ashes of war, as well as more flavorful ones that I think would fit the archetype, like the night sorceries.
Canāt help you with pvp though as I really donāt care about it.
had a great session of d&d at the weekend. no combat but lots of cool RP.
our bard got disintegrated because she tried to use identify on a strange orb and it exploded and turned her to dust. but somehow my wizard brought her back by fixing the orb and it pulled her back from the other side
quite a lot of opportunities to use my high arcana skill but i ended up having to burn inspiration from two people when it came to the assembly at the end because i rolled horribly low twice
The Cat was sick on my bed just before i was about to get in it.
So had to whip all my bedding off and wash it all and then had to sleep on the pullout sofabed.
such as they deserve
Hey!
Binged a lot of books over the past few weeks.
Asimovās Foundation Series is pretty damn good, though it didnāt end where I expected it to. Canāt tell if I was satisfied with the ending or not.
Markus Heitzās Dwarves series has clearly been an inspiration for some peopleās roleplay. For better or for worse.
The god is not Willing. š¤š
I like that book, it was pretty good. Plotās pretty generic, but itās cool to see typical fantasy from another raceās perspective. Itās very sincere.
I prefer Dwarves series inspiration to Urist Swearhammer copycat #5125643637888214
Yeah, itās quite predictable for sure. Moving onto Bernard Cornwellās Saxon Tales/the Last Kingdom soon.
I should probably get all the Sharpeās too.
Thatās a great series. Probably my second favorite historical fiction series, second only to the AubreyāMaturin series. Inject that historical action straight into my veins, please.
I havenāt touched The Last Kingdom yet, but Iāve no doubt itāll be good. Cornwell writes top tier action scenes.
Yeah Iāve read a few of his other books like Harlequin, theyāre usually pretty damn entertaining.
Do it!
I have most of them (got a boxset).
It really was nice to see it from another perspective yes. Overall though I feel as if the last part that was written, part five, felt a bit lackluster compared to the others. His series about the Alfar ( or however you call the dark elves of his universe in english) resolved some plotpoints regarding Tungdil, but still.
Itās also funny how many of my characterās names came out of those novels ( Giselbart, Hargorin, Salfalur).
Reading Sharpe? Now thatās soldiering.
Ronon Dex (Stargate), relocating his arm, still screams.
Xena relocates her arm, not even an ouch.
Sean Bean and Sharpe are intrinsically linked for me and I will never be able to separate them. He embodies that character for me so well that I only hear his voice when Iām reading the books.
