The himbo to himbad pipeline
Comes across more of a stalker in Ep2 ngl.

Child killer.
youngest daughter was up all night throwing up
didnât sleep for more than an hour
at work after a few days off and staring at a full inbox and several meetings ahead of me
want to die
Hope you have a lovely time! The necklace and wristband are really cute! And the buttons too!
Iâve been there a few times. I hope the miniature human is feeling better today.
she is which in some ways is really annoying. they bounce back so quickly while me and my wife are out here feeling like zombies
the restless scourge has become an even greater threat to our world
made several alts on FF14 last night for some reason rather than actually playing the game.
then decided to try out red mage and immediately got confused by all the buttons and logged out in a panic
this is one thing that WoW actually does better with classes that start at a higher level, with slowly introducing abilities to you rather than just dumping them all on you at once in the DH/DK starter zones. although I guess thatâs changed for death knights now?
it just gives you time to get used to abilities and how they work while slowly adding new ones to weave in
Ironically, red mage is one of the simpler jobs, but the problem is that you get all the essential buttons right away and it isnât immediately obvious how to play it. I actually meleed until post-SB before learning that it wasnât the optimal way to play, wondering why I was failing DPS checks. It almost caused me to quit the game in frustration and anger that it didnât explain its mechanics adequately.
The gist is that you have two lines of abilities which are completely identical and only differ in which mana gauge they fill.
- white mana: basic single target, proc single target, AoE
- black mana: basic single target, proc single target, AoE
Cast the ones for whichever gauge is lower, to keep them more or less evened out. When you have 50 white and black mana, burn it on the three-button melee combo, then cast everything procced from it.
Also donât ever cast the âbasic single targetâ and AoE abilities using their cast time, instead cast them right after a shorter spell, when you have Dualcast and the cast is thus instant. You can use Jolt to proc Dualcast.
So your basic single target rotation is
Jolt â white mana thing â Jolt â black mana thing â rinse and repeat
When a proc lights up, cast that instead of Jolt.
I think I understand, but I am very tired so in all likelihood I will get home, look at my action bar and immediately pass out from sheer panic.
what Lintian missed is you get procs for verfire and verstone.
The ultimate, mega-lucky rotation is; you cast jolt once the entire fight.
The verfire proc can only proc after casting verthunder and verstone can only procs after casting veraero
The rest is as Lintian says.
(mained RDM from Stormblood to the end of Shadowbringers were I picked up RPR)
Itâs been two and a half years since it released, it now has ranked play.
Still missing a bunch of the other things we were promised like new cinematics, new content, custom campaigns, etc. etc.
Maybe if we check back in another 4 years itâll be close to the level that Warcraft 3 was before they deleted it in favour of âReforgedâ.
iâm assuming aero is white magic
yep, aero and stone are the white magic, fire and thunder are the blacik magic
I managed to sleep tonight.
Sweet, sweet regular sleep <3
give that sleep to me
Thatâs what I said in my last sentence: âWhen a proc lights up, cast that instead of Jolt.â But yes, thanks for clarifying this!
