he’s now laying by my feet feeling sorry for himself because that little overexertion has made him over heat.

So I found my first fulltime job. Out of nowhere. I found the vacancy on Twitter, of all places…
The work itself is going to be decently fun - perhaps even rewarding? And I’m not only going to get a very, very decent starter’s wage that will scale with my experience, but the ability to work four days per week + from home whenever I want.
Strange how your life can change like that all of a sudden. A few weeks back I was still experiencing existential dread and questioning my life choices… and now I have a job that’s respectable enough to feel validated and lucrative enough not to worry about sliding into poverty.
The best parts, of course, are getting to work from home & for four days per week. I don’t wanna live to work - I already live to GAME.

I read about that. Good luck! I’m sure it’s fine. I remember it took like four weeks for my internship employer to get back to me lol, and that’s with me calling them for info every week. Only after the third call did they say that I was basically accepted but that they were actually still waiting for approval from higher-up.
Don’t worry about it but yea do give them a call on occasion!
