It does look like another case of Starshade’s Law waiting to happen but I’m willing to believe again
Eh, they’re incredibly popular and do genuinely tie well to many aspects of the story in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Much like humans, they have direct ties to the faction conflict as well as the Scourge and Burning Legion.
They’re also very pragmatic.
I hate that.
Light for me is just as evil as void, but it just acts in a different way. mby it’s slowly infesting it’s users brain and we will have a light army (like in alternate draenor, mag’har quest chain) but bad that will try to controll everyone. or turalyon will do a second scarlet crusade but will call it argent crusade XD
i remember cringing at the cinematic back when i was idk, 10-12 years old
imagine having a literal kid cringe at the cinematic
if i tried to show the game to someone i definitely did not want them to see the cinematic lmao
maybe that’s where my dislike for illidan stems from
meanwhile i was in my late teens and thought it was cool because i loved illidan
the duality of man
i also loved blood elves at the time and was hyped for them to finally be playable. and then proceeded to never play one
yeah
the duality of cringe and based
Illidan is cool, and I’m tired of pretending he’s not
The renowned banshee ability of cleaving mountains in half, or the agility to rip an iceberg off the ground with a metal chain and hurl it at your foe.
Illidan
illidan sacrificed everything, nerathion, what have you sacrificed?
a minute of my time that i had to spend listening to his annoying dialogue
My appreciation for Illidan never really wavered. It’s just a shame that we didn’t get playable demon hunters until much later.
my favourite thing about the way he speaks is that he takes really long pauses where there is really no need for them mid sentence
liam o’brien is an absolute treasure
at this stage she does also have Domination magic (as of the last Saurfang cinematic) which is how she gains the upper hand - it’s not very well shown that’s what’s going on, sadly, but them’s the breaks
also you look me in the eye and tell me that ‘banshee archer fires magic arrow which slices the incoming ice pillar in half’ is not an objectively cool sentence
I still feel like my boi Bolvar was done dirty, especially given that he finally went full power. Then again, Shadowlands turned out to be the epitome of “Look at how they massacred my boy.”
maybe bolvar was just never that strong. what are his actual feats of strength before being lich king?
He killed three vykrul with a single one-handed sword strike
wait or was that the orc I forget
Didn’t Bolvar resist the influence of the Lich King himself? Even through brutal torture?
He did help us out in destroying that lich Thel’zan the Duskbringer, the former Father Inigo Montoy.
That was Dranosh Saurfang, yes.
That he did!
