he managed to make onyxia fall in love with him
it wasn’t deliberate (to start with) but still, that’s a Feat of Strength for sure.
I rewatched to double-check and yes, he takes out 3 regular scourge in a single hit but Dranosh is the one who gets the vykrul
His main feats are of endurance - surviving both the Blight and red dragonfire, then the Lich King’s torture, then warding off the Jailer while he had the crown on.
If it’s a reference, I don’t get it.
It’s a classic copypasta.
You know Elenthas, I am not always a fan of your fanfics, but this one I would unironically read about if it was ever made
Does make me wonder though. He drew alot of the Scourge back to Icecrown and was clearly banking on the fact that the Four Horsemen would come and kill either him or Sylvanas, whoever was the victor. But I wonder if he took into account what could happen if he had won after surrendering himself to the helm fully…
Just finished my latest tweaks to my house in FFXIV. Though the housing ward is always so quiet so I doubt anyone will see it.
I will see it. Tell me where it is and I will visit next time I’m on.
Assuming we’re on the same data centre.
nice to meet you dad
2 for 2 on ‘the Four Horsemen were created to deal with a threat, the threat showed itself, and the Horsemen did nothing to help’ btw :V
the more you remember of jailer stuff the worse it is
It was all part of his plan, even your current thoughts.
DC: Chaos
Server: Cerberus
Ward: Lavender Beds 24, Plot 3
I still need to design the lower floor of the FC house. Starting so many FFXIV RP projects suddenly doesn’t seem like a good idea between all the RL stuff…
We’ve finally given my youngest her own room now that she’s a bit older. Which means that I’ve been kicked out of my office and my PC is now tucked in a corner of the dining room.
Feels bad.
spends millennia slowly building up to the endgame
somehow misses that the first one monuments exist in his backyard or what their purpose is
ignores the people posing a constant threat to his plan, which includes regular raids on his stronghold and killing all his lieutenants
sends one guy to enact his endgame plan of making Argus one of the Eternals (who then bounces)
doesn’t break the one entrance to the sepulcher
just as planned
This is your space now. Your home. Your own little corner of the world!
The Cat - minding his own business, sleeping in his bed
Me - disturbs him by singing badly and poking him
my work here is done.
imagining an alternate version of shadowlands where the Jailer being a massive idiot is actually deliberate and the good guys realise that but still have to take him seriously because yeah his plans are dumb and he’s a moron, but he is also incredibly powerful and just blunders his way into succeeding - and thinks it’s because he’s a genius, rather than him just being swole.
“how does this idiot keep winning” says the winter queen, head in her hands. “his plan is so stupid I feel dumber having to explain it.”
so basically what your saying is
“what if the jailer acted like the himbo he appears to be.”
himbos have to have a good heart - the jailer is a bad dude, he’s just really strong idiot who thinks he’s a genius
