It’s worth making new tickets, yes. You might get a new person whose lightbulbs aren’t turned off. Happens with any issue you gotta write a ticket for, and you can constantly appeal.
As I do with issues of late. There’s some difference between the copypasted, the outsourced, barely english responses and the dedicated specialists they need to call upon when 14 tickets haven’t solved it.

I don’t see the option for a live chat in the existing ticket. Do I need to make a new ticket for it?
Blizzard has the worst support of any game service I’ve encountered. Dealing with Steam and ArenaNet support was pleasant in comparison.

It’s really sad because it used to be pretty good. Had really good experiences with them up until past Cata and the massive restructuring.

I honestly can’t remember much from back when I did it, but I feel like you could only do this procedure via live chat. It may be that things just don’t work the way they did anymore (ain’t that a quintessentially Blizzard thing huh). I’d look at my ticket history, but the oldest surviving tickets I have are from 2 years ago.

This kinda looks like the page I used to start a ticket. I explained that I used a fake name because I was a dumb teen and wanted to change it to my real one for the sake of security. I attached some files and I think later during a live chat they asked to add something else.
Wish I could do more, but that’s the best I can after the years.
I just found out my phone is no longer receiving software and security updates. Well crap.
My smol dog Archie has decided he wants to be like Cro’s Leo by borking non-stop for going out (even in the rain), trying to climb onto cabinets and deciding his food is not good enough. I now know their pain.

That’s like every boss in the game except the last one.
Are you aware you can turn on the ribbon in the upper right corner? Easy way to compare favors, income, science, culture and combat strength with other civs.
A lot of them are not weak to it, just have a normal resistance.
She’s also even weaker to frostbite.
Just means both stats build up quicker on her compared to other bosses.
