The peeve for today is the sharding in Stormwind.
Since I have multiple mail wearers, I will do it on all of them bar nighthold who I can only do on Cro and Cinderthel.

I assumed it’s due to Blizzard putting the pre-patch vendor in SW. Though a friend of mine told me that AD usually is not touched by the sharding stuff due to it being an RP realm. I tended to poke about the server outside of pre-patch times so I had no idea it’d get this bad.

shut down bnet and restart it
worked for me
Let it sit for a bit if you haven’t already (20-30 min)
If it doesn’t budge on it’s own then you can go try delete the bnet cache folder

tried that and then it got stuck on waiting.
Specific naming conventions as to what makes a gendered name is important too. I don’t have much to go on with npcs.
Oh right…
Now to log on all my alts and change the UI.
