I only just got rid of my S9 like two years ago (i tend to use things until they all but fall apart). I had managed to drop it down stairs, in a toilet, on the floor countless times; concrete, tiles, metal, nothing broke it. It was as hardy as a nokia.
Another thing. Having moved I got a new phone, because the old one was breathing it’s last and a new sim, of course. The phone can hold 2 sim cards, so I plugged the old sim too. Now every day my old carrier sends me automated messages saying that I don’t have enough money for roaming. 1-3 times a day.
You might say “just throw a euro there” and you’d be correct, however, this way I will be receiving calls from abroad from spammers, scammers and other crap, which currently only inundate me with sms (this number wants to reach you, but can’t cuz you don’t have money for roaming)
Between a rock and a hard place. Hmmmm… quite a pickle.
I mostly use my phone as an easy to carry camera. Generally if I talk to people, I want it to be face to face or over Discord. Plus there’s lots of cool stuff to photograph in the nearby forest.
You put it down as something negative, but I am always on the edge of my seat to find out what sponsor is it gonna be. Is it skillshare? Is it dollar shave club? Is it honey? Is it audible? Is it legends: shadow raid?
Oh I just can’t wait for the reveals.
It’s sometimes watchable when the creator actually ties the sponsorship into the topic of the video well. Or in Michael Henry’s case, makes an entire comedic video about it.
Anyway, today’s peeve is this muesli with strawberries coming in a package where all the strawberries being at the bottom and the plain part at the top, unmixed. Had to mix it all up in a bowl and get it back in the package, did they expect it to mix itself up after packaging or what!!!
