Pet peeves: The return (Part 4)

small indie company

i was today years old when i realised they removed these sets at all

I’m just generally in favour of not removing content in the first place - and if doing so, repurposing it in the process.

its a sly process tbh. removing content to return it later for praise when sales etc is about as underhanded a practise as you’ll get in an mmo

Every single item appearance should be acquirable in game (and transmoggable).
It might require boss killing, or pro pvp play, or gold, or crafting, or a quest, but there should be some way to get it.
Yes, including legacy sets like the CM gear people can’t get anymore that I am wearing forevermore.

Edit: Also they should add back removed dungeons, inc. raids, like vanilla Naxx+ZG.

Bought a new speaker (kinda sorta for PC but more so for general use as it connects by blue tooth) and a new desk lamp.
Now I can put on music while guests are here and no longer have to sit in the dark. :sunglasses:

GIVE me the ROBE

I just wanted the cool whispers in my ears but there’s an addon that does that now so it’s not a big deal anymore.

Is there one that lets you pick which whispers you get?
… can you turn on all of them? Imagine the noise.

I’m pretty sure it had all the different whispers from different sources.

The premium pack void elf experience.

There’s plugins for extras listed in the description, and it lets you set the delay between whispers. I don’t know if you can make them overlap, I never did when I was playing, but you can get them very often.

I assume that’s how the player character just lives their life after all the PTSD moments they’ve gone through. Just a head full of weirdos chatting at them as they try to go along with their daily activities.

Edit: Looks like DF prepatch broke it :frowning: hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I WISH any of mine were like that.

But first died to water damage somehow and 2nd started to have problems reading the SIM and would cut out.

Waiting with baited breath to see how the current one goes wrong.

The demo warlock artifact weapon alone will sometimes just decide to be super chatty. Imagine if he actually had people to talk with.

My last phone was 10 when I decided to replace it finally because the hardware is actively dying to heat death.
Let’s see how long the current one makes it.

I had Knaifu as a mog while levelling this guy and let me tell you what hearing ā€˜did you enjoy that?’ when you’re not expecting it and are also discipline spec at the time scares the bejeezus out of you

I have Knaifu transmogged while healing raids as holy. Every time she decides to talk I’m confused about the new voice in voice chat for half a second.

At least she tends to not shout. Unlike Mr Skull who will randomly decide to cheer for my dogs or berate the imp kindergarten :I

Finally got around playing and finishing Disco Elysium.

Gonna be real, those walls of texts are just inviting me to hit the skip button as fast as possible. I recognize the strong efforts and passion in making me believe in Martinaise/Revachol with every aspect surround it but god a lot of that went over my flippin’ head, I just wanted to be drunk Batman! I like the knowledge trivia though, the murder case and side quests too.

I can’t talk about it without feeling like spoiling it so I’ll just conclude with… Cryptids are cool, very cool, especially rewarding when it comes to finding one.

Yeah ngl I’m a proper dumb when it comes to anything remotely political so a ton of the terminology went way over my head.

I ended up as boring cop which was heart-breaking but probably true. I tried to play it too straight.

Yeah I think I went that way as well. No drugs, no drinking, even centrist in his position but ultimately a straight cop.

I intend on doing another run… I will say that some stats have cleaaaaaaarly more importance than others.

Bit closer to the classic cinematic trailers than the first DF one.
