I think he said Jaina was very powerful? And that the Jailer is a schemer. That’s about it.
According to the lore the runes are tied to the death knight’s weapon (though nothing prevents a DK from having other runes elsewhere) and it’s never implied or suggested that they need an outside source to recharge the weapon. Hence, I say no, they get replenished on their own. If we go strictly by game mechanics, they recharge after a period of time.
In the end, it’s up to you as the player. I recall a Blood DK who RP’ed with his blade being empowered as it “drinked” blood. The runes would then activate and increase in power.
However as per this quest: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Koltira_and_the_Language_of_Death Koltira’s runeblade requires his runes to be etched with sources of power. So while they may recharge on its own, a death knight’s power still need to be proven and forged.
I personally like the idea of doing a quest to attain your runes, it feels like a rite of passage. So it’s worthy of a mention.

Why can’t tanks be normal atm?
Either they pull things so slowly I start to stare down whichever melee is thicc enough to tank until they help us go faster.
Or they pull the entire dungeon making everything take 4 times longer because no one but the tank can actually survive the pull. (Just do the dungeon solo, you gravel brain)
Well, I guess I’m levelling my DH… then I can at least blame myself for when the tank is bad.
I find her style of conduct extremely annoying. “Look at me, I’m an edgy Twitter zoomer who types in all lowercase without punctuation, oh look my legal name is in all lowercase too and has arson and crime in it I’m so cool”
I am squealing. The magic effects look so cool from the trailer, too. This is going to be another season to binge, absolutely.
Meanwhile it’s snowing/snowed here which is quite unusual. And Socks (the cat) can’t seem to understand that I am not in charge of turning the snow on/off. Desperate to go outside, screaming the place down. Open the door, he looks outside, says no and walks back in. Then we repeat this game… Over and over and over… Isn’t this the definition of insanity?
I finished Stray a week or so ago, and twitter dot com seems to have known this because it popped up someone talking about the ending.
Summary
They were complaining that the ending was ambiguous and that they needed to know that your cat returned to his cat family, and what happens to the robots.
I didn’t think that was terribly ambiguous - it was a happpy ending, so the good stuff would happen.
