Has anybody else noticed how while the attack on AMAB trans people is blatent and direct whereas the attack on AFAB trans people is very insideous?

Like, they screech and yell about “men in women’s bathrooms” but quietly take transition rights away to “protect the breeding stock”

EDIT: I know its because trans women are some incubus/succubus who will have your husbands and seduce your wives, whereas trans men are poor girls who can’t make their own decisions about their bodies.

Just very, very tiring.

Elections today where I live ( Netherlands). Not “now is decided who becomes Prime Minister and forms a coalition” elections, but
 part for the stuff that looks after our water and part of our Senate I believe? I hope I translated that right.

That said though, these last few years , I realised that I simply do not feel at home with any current party. I tend to be left-leaning because of the idea that I believe people should help each other rather than have a few get rich over the backs of others, though on some topics I lean more towards the right. But lately I feel as though the party that I used to vote on also doesnt feel like atleast an ‘okay’ alternative anymore now that they decided to coöperate deeply with a green party that tends to be a bit on the extreme for my tastes. It also doesnt help that our political landscape is fractured as f due to parties falling apart or one-issue parties being formed.

I am also not the sort of person to vote on a new populist party to “stick it to the government” because nine times out of ten their solutions are worse than the supposed problems.

So yeah, tl;dr, simply dont feel at home with any sort of party, not even my own. Those tests you can take to decide whose views supposedly align most with mine dont help either.
