Speaking of elven woes, I struggle to write and it is a peeve indeed. Part of the problem is said fail train, leaving little reason to be anything but a very grumpy tree elf.

PlatinumWoW and Gavinrad the Bookish made a vid about how WoW messed up the Night Elvesâ story, from things like being shoehorned into the Alliance and staying there despite everything, just how many wacky Lâs have been given to the Night Elves over the years⌠So on.
You could argue that things like this have been done to practically every playable race to a lesser or even greater degree in some cases, but, the video was about night elves in specific.

I do find the energy to write Lintian stories, though Teldrassil definitely changed her: she became more melancholic and more skeptical about people in general. She particularly became very jaded about both the Horde and the Alliance. But she found that even in a fractured and war-torn world, there were beautiful and wondrous things worth living for. Admittedly by that point she was already an adventurer who broke ties with kaldorei tradition, and after Teldrassil she found a new home â first in Pandaria, then in Dalaran.
Maybe if I were to start a new one but this one is old and frustrated, largely hitting a wall with no reason to âchoose renewalâ.
Mineâs staring into the abyss, seeing a species in its final days, a culture in ruins and a future that belongs to those willing to start a few fires in a grand zero-sum game.
Itâs just exhausting to keep up.

Consider my surprise as I completed the last event (needing to create like 50 unique units with three different fabric colours or smth) as I decided to meme in a teamgame going into Persian War Elephants.
Sadly my peeve is also with AoE2, the new patch changed (or bugged out) the Send Back to Work command in the Town Center. Before, the villagers would just be tasked to the resource they were gathering. Now, the game auto-tasks to random things, so they may kill several sheep instead of returning to work on the existing Boar. 
Farming the unaltered Banished Knight armour is pain ._.
Nevermind the low drop rate, now the halberd knight you can snipe from the rooftop grace in Sol only sometimes teleports up to you. What the hell.
Teleportation is difficult. Heâs tired.
I am tired, of grinding the awful drop rate!
Thankfully⌠itâs now over huzzah!
