Also I’ve said as much before, but I think I enjoyed Shadowlands more than DF in its initial release. Not sure why, the story certainly wasn’t great, but I still had a shedload of fun.

This also resonates with me, too.

I think a big part of it for me was that as much as the intro into Bastion was a literal flashbang, it was much more visually striking compared to the Dragon Isles where everything is very toned down and … much more normal? There’s nothing that really grabs my attention by the scruff of the neck because I feel like I’ve already seen these zones before.

Yes, I’ve switched. ReShade supports those, like, two GShade presets I’m actually interested in, so I don’t miss GShade.

I like a great many of gshade’s presets – one or two for gameplay, then a gazillion for screenshotting.
